Yeah, I started to hate the white flashes, too, truth be told. At first, the idea was to use them to separate Andrew's memories and Jonathan's, like...section of Andrew's memories with no flashing, then flash, change to Jonathan's blah blah blah. And then before I knew it, I was using it instead at the switch of EACH memory and it was like "Okay...this is starting to be a little annoying," but I couldn't figure out a change for it. *sigh* I'm not used to vidding that kind of song.
But thank you for the compliments. (See, I'm a big believer in everyone's ability to make good stuff with the software they already have instead of spending 100's of dollars on fancy stuff. All you really get is more effects, and it's more important that the emotions are there than the special effects...to me anyway.)
Hmmm...third verse...lemme see which part that is...ooohhhhh, okay. Ah, yes. Seeing Red. *sniffle* God, that episode is painful. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to watch it the first time, because of the two big events in it, but it's actually rapidly turned into one of my favorites, because of the pain it causes me, lol. And omg, yes! THE BOY TEARS! Andrew spends the last three episodes and the latter half of a fourth at the end of season 6 in tears all the time, and then omg, in "Storyteller" in season 7, oh GOD. It'll rip your heart out if you're not careful. *pets Andrew* Tom cries so well. *sniffle*
